Fair Policies
Alcohol Policy: No outside alcohol is permitted.
No Smoking: is not permitted in any tents or buildings by order of the East Brunswick fire department.
No Soliciting is permitted: No one is permitted to walk about the fairgrounds distributing materials. All exhibitors and vendors must restrict their sales, solicitations, distribution of materials, placement of signs and posters, promotional activities, etc., to their specific space as purchased and assigned.
Political Campaigns: Political candidates may campaign only in the space rented by their political party. Candidates will not be permitted to pass out fliers and campaign materials or carry signs, posters or banners through the fairgrounds.
Pet Policy: Our "NO PETS" Policy. Pets are not allowed on the Fairgrounds. Guests with service Animals are welcome! Service animals are defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Other animals including comfort/therapy animals are prohibited. Except animals involved in exhibitions, entertainment, or demonstrations must provide health documentation and are subject to our rules and prior authorization.
Please read our Service Animal Policybefore your visit. Do not leave your dog in the car. Any dog left in a vehicle will be turned over to the local authorities/dog warden at the expense of the owner.
