It is again time for us to approach our faithful contributors and seek support for the annual County Fair. We are the Middlesex County Fair Association Inc., a non-profit organization that promotes "Agriculture, Education and Community" relationships with rural and urban people. We are located at 655 Cranbury
Rd. East Brunswick, N.J. 08816.

Our main focus of support is toward youth programs. We give generously to the 4-H programs of Middlesex County, which enrolls several hundred county youths from grades 3-13 in various types of clubs.

Through the Fair, the first full week of August, the members are given the opportunity to showcase their achievements of the year by displays, demonstrations, and shows for the public. The Fair Association supplies the tents for all the exhibits, the feed for all the animals, the ribbons and premiums for 4-H entries.

Our annual scholarships are given to 4-H, Ag in The Classroom and awards at local high schools. Because of constantly rising costs we are approaching the business community to aid us in the form of sponsorship donation.

We hope you will become a partner in our efforts to promote a healthy relationship between the agricultural, industrial and commercial interests of Middlesex County. Not only will you be helping us, this will also be an excellent opportunity for you to advertise, since approximately 100,000 people come to
the Fair each year.
