2.This year the theme for this division is Winter which includes Christmas, Chanukah, Kwanza, New Year's, Presidents Day, Valentine's Dat, Mardi Gras, etc.
3. Items may be made of any material or combination of materials in the same project with the exception of Sections N and O.
