1. Please read and follow all the general rules and regulations
2. This year the theme for this division is Winter which includes holidays such as Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year's, Valentine's Day or any other holiday during Winter.
3. Items may be made of any material or combination of materials in the same project with the exception of Sections N, O, and P.
